Spare Part Drawings

Once a customer places a order with us, the rack or clamp with be assigned a job number. It is important that this number appears on spare part orders or just for new racks. This number tells us who the customer is, and when it was made. This also helps for customers with different models of racks in their shops. So why don't we use model numbers on the drawings? This is OK if you only have one style of rack and all the dimensions are the same and they will never change. There are a few ways to send you a spare part drawing to you.
